So, it's been a while since the last update. Tedious college work, exams, you know the drill. Only a couple weeks left till the release. Production is in full speed, the update is mostly done, and is now in testing stages.
We do not want to release an unfinished product, or to boast about every single milestone on the way. However, we can't keep you guys in the dark until the very last minute. I hope the update will live up to your expectations, as well as ours. Now, I wanted to ask you to be patient. Nobody likes it when you guys keep hammering on and on about the update, and it's really annoying and distracting us. Go replay the original trilogy or something.
Every time I see a new post here I get tingly for about two seconds. But man, do some people not know how to respect you or something? Good luck with your college, though. We're all looking forward to Part 3's well being.

ReplyDeleteSee? What'd I tell ya? Even if it takes a few months/weeks you can rest assure knowing that the MGQNG+ team is doing their utmost to bring forth updates whenever they can. Keep it up! ^-^ Heck, if anyone is that bored then you can always do a little "Mix & Match' with the .ogg songs of MGQ, trust me... I tried and it's really fun, especially when you replace the common "ILLiASS" events with a MUCH more befitting theme. ha ha ha XD Not to mention replacing other semi-final boss themes with more fitting ones, here's the one I replaced from Promestein's final form boss fight for instance: http://www.mediafire.com/listen/iy3prk801brd1qo/stein2.ogg Still feel sorry for her... She SOOOO deserves a chance at Redemption in MGQNG+ since, Vashtor from Record of Agarest War did the exact same thing of butchering countless people both after his corruption in Zero and after he regained his memories in the first RoAW, really. :( Same goes for poor Laplace.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes Vashtor was Redeemed later on in the "Final Generation" of Record of Agarest War, despite what he did and as such I feel that both Laplace and Promestein deserve a chance at redemption as well. I would include Shirome as well but, as she said once before... "Shirome is dead..." and it is true... The least we could do is let her rest more peacefully than before when her sister Chrome casts the ritual to return Shirome back to the earth where she can at last rest from her curse...
DeleteReplay the original trilogy? Sweet Illias, have you played the third part recently? I think there were maybe...TWO monsters that I actually liked losing to there. With your game I haven't found a monster I've hated yet...well, at least not one of your altered monsters that Luka doesn't just blow through.

Man fuck all the impatient haters. You all do some glorious work! And I sure as hell can wait until it's up to your standards. Wouldn't have it any other way honestly. And I understand that college can be a kick in the ass and that it of course has to take priority over this. Just take your time and have fun with it don't let people turn this cool project into something other than just that a cool ass project! Am I the only one who thinks she would always win however the only reason they had her lose to Alma and have a losing streak is just so they could have a lesbian scene together? also wouldn't Luka stop it I mean he is against all the monster rape shenanigans. I know to make the loss make sense they have her lose on a technicality (weak to sex attack...just saying that makes me feel dumb heha) anyway who else things that if Granberia went all out berserk mode like guts who would win? i do love this game just that and Luka losing in the coliseum are my only small gripes with it
ReplyDeletePS love the NG+ I played all chapters back to back then right into this and the characters and everything feels the same. Don't let the assholes prevent this awesome continuation to finish prematurely and yes i personally consider this canon and what really happens after the final boss fight thanks to everyone involved in this and keep up the awesome work. :3
If you played all of the trilogy you would know there is more to the story then just Granberia losing. The night before the final battle with Ilias is when Alma Elma told Luka about herself and how she has returned. She also knew about the 2nd part of what it means to be Aliphese the 16th
